  Come join Steve Schultz from Steve's Leaves and make your own cement leaf .  Learn a simple and easy technique to create beautiful cement leaves that can be used as bird baths, bird feeders, patio or garden accents.  You will go home with a leaf that will need to cure for a few days.  You will learn everything from forming the leaf, curing, and finishing your leaf with paint.  Bring your own leaf if you like.  Be sure to have room in your vehicle to transport it home.  **Please bring a face mask and heavy kitchen gloves to be worn during class due to the use of cement.

  Join us to create your very own one-of-a-kind piece of botanical relief art. From creating your own unique mold to casting the plaster – this project is truly a unique piece of art individual to you. Nature provides us with beautiful material to work with – both in the natural form as well as reproduction. Feel free to bring plant clippings from your home/yard or use what we provide. Think texture and interest when selecting plant clippings. We will talk about various options on how to further enhance your project once home. Your project will need a couple of hours to dry after casting

You will cast your own bowl and decorate to fit your own style!      Try out this new cement craft! Join Steve Schultz from Steve’s Leaves  to create unique cement planters using old towels or other fabrics. Bring old towels (bath size or smaller) or even some old doilies! We will soak them in cement to create unusual planters.  Plus, we will demo how to color them at the end of the workshop. We will store them for a few days to cure and you may pick up later in the week.  ***Please bring a face mask and kitchen gloves to be worn during class due to working with cement.

 Come learn about the ever-popular succulent plants and make a living wreath to take home with you. Succulents are easy to take care of and like lots of light but not necessarily direct sunlight.  A variety of succulents will be available.  Each wreath will contain roughly 30 plants - leaving room for each of them to grow and fill up your wreath.
